Register for Classes

There are two main ways for you to register. The first is to fill out the fields on this form, print it out, and sign the bottom. Then mail it to us before January 26, along with a check or money order for the classes you want to take. (Please include the course number on your check.) Our mailing address is:

RELEASE

As a part of the consideration, in addition to the tuition fees, to the Board of Directors of the Hatboro-Horsham Adult Education School, for giving the course or courses for which I have registered, I hereby release the said Board as well as the School District of Hatboro-Horsham as well as the Borough of Hatboro and Horsham Township from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage that I may suffer or sustain from the use of the school buildings, equipment, facilities, or appointments therein, the ways of ingress, or as a result of my attendance thereof.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Registration limited to persons 18 years of age or older.
  • NO refund unless course is withdrawn due to insufficient enrollment.
  • Any course may be cancelled because of insufficient registration the first night of class. Notification will be made by phone.
  • No transfers permissible after classes have begun.
  • Tuition does not include the cost of materials where needed.
  • Tuition for entire course must be paid at time of registration.
  • All courses will be held at the Keith Valley Middle School, except where noted.
  • All classes are 1 1/2 hour in duration unless otherwise noted.
  • Please include course number on check.
  • The Adult Evening School will not accept any responsbility for damage or injury sustained during any class or event.
  • Late registrants may apply 1st night of class if there is an opening.
