REGISTRATION FORM
There are two main ways for you to register. The first is to fill out
the fields on this form, print it out, and sign the bottom. Then mail it
to us before January 23, 2010 along with a check or money order for the classes
you want to take. (Please include the course number on your check.) Our mailing

You can also register in person on January 26 and 27 between 7 and 8:30 p.m.
at the Keith Valley Middle School, located at 227 Meetinghouse Road, Horsham,
PA. If you have any questions, check our contact information at the bottom of the page and email (info@hhaes.org), call or write to us. Please consult our registration policies.
RELEASE
As a part of the consideration, in addition to the tuition fees, to the Board of Directors of the Hatboro-Horsham Adult Education School, for giving the course or courses for which I have registered, I hereby release the said Board as well as the School District of Hatboro-Horsham as well as the Borough of Hatboro and Horsham Township from any and all liability for personal injury or property damage that I may suffer or sustain from the use of the school buildings, equipment, facilities, or appointments therein, the ways of ingress, or as a result of my attendance thereof.
