63. KINDERGARTEN PUPPY TRAININGstarts 2/6, Wed. 10 weeks 6-7 p.m. $50
This is a must for puppies between the ages of three and six months. You will learn the correct way to train your puppy in a fun and positive manner before mistakes are made. The socialization provided by this class will start your puppy on his way to becoming a well adjusted adult dog and valued family member. Proof of current annual vaccinations is required on the 1st night of class. No dogs on the 1st night of class. KAREN FILOSA, Instructor
64. DOG OBEDIENCE LEVEL 2 starts 2/6, Wed. 10 weeks 7-8 p.m. $50
This 10-week course is designed to further perfect the basic obedience exercises learned in the below Level 1 course. Develop control and holding skills necessary for owner-dog teams to participate in therapy dog & canine good citizen activities. Specific obedience exercises and assistive devices will be used in particular situations to provide a rewarding experience for both handler and dog. Proof of current annual vaccinations is required on the 1st night of class. Bring dogs on the 1st night. Class size is limited. KAREN FILOSA, Instructor
65. DOG OBEDIENCE A LEVEL 1 starts 2/6, Wed. 10 weeks 8-9 p.m. $50
This is a beginners course in dog obedience training in which the handler and dog learn together. The aim of the course is to produce happy, well-adjusted, obedient canine citizens through a training program emphasizing praise and kindness. Basic commands of "heel", "sit", "down", "stand", "stay", and "come" will be taught with ample time for discussion of individual problems. Necessary collars and leashes are available in class. Proof of current annual vaccinations is required on the 1st night of class. No dogs on the 1st night of class. Class size is limited. KAREN FILOSA, Instructor
